 BCG found that companies with more diverse management teams have higher innovation revenue – about 19% higher – due to an increase in the number of new products and services.



👽 Peterson Institute for International Economics Study:


 Analyzing nearly 22,000 firms globally, this study found that having at least 30% of women in leadership positions could add up to 6 percentage points to a company's net margin.



👽Credit Suisse Research Institute's "The CS Gender 3000: The Reward for Change" Report: 


This report revealed that companies with more gender diversity on their boards outperformed those with less diversity by 36% in terms of share price performance over six years.
