challenge the absurd with the chronicles!

I had this discussion with some friends "average work experience is 20 years" in a chilling shisha set up talking about a fact that is totally an observation based : " من يا جماعة اللى كان عنده مدير فى حياته طفى في فخاده سجاير؟" in other words who had a torturing shitty boss? 💩 

Guess what?!! ALL OF Us had a bad leadership experience 💩 , the luckiest had one experience and the average was 2 to 3 managers who injected shitty vibes in their team lives ! and epic stories poured all over the place some with loud laughs and some others with what the hell looks! 

Maybe this is one of the reasons why i wrote the chronicles, because i have stories, you have stories.. and together we heal when we share, we learn when we realise the good from the bad, the normal from the abnormal, when build awareness about leadership and differentiate it from LeadersSHIT we mentally move to a place in which we can better assess situations and run meaningful discussions! and let's face it, some people بيخافوا ما بيختشوش 😋 

and here comes The Chronicles series, it has part of my soul, part of my experience and lot of my sarcasm and the most important empowering you to share your story over hashtag#MyLeaderShitStory , whether you want to share it in public or you want to send it me anonymously... my friend use your voice the way you want!
