how it started...

📚 🚀 I'm excited to announce the upcoming launch of my book series "THE CHRONICLES" at the end of this month. It's a project very close to my heart, born from personal experiences and a burning passion for leadership and growth.

Let me share a little snippet of the story behind these books. There was a time when I walked the corporate path for over a decade, leading teams and striving for excellence. My team was not just a group of individuals; they were my inspiration, my motivation. I believed in their growth as much as I did in my own, and that philosophy shaped my leadership journey.

However, amidst the praise and hard work, I encountered leadershit. Like many, I faced bosses whose leadership left much to be desired. But one experience stood out – a boss who cited 'lack of chemistry' as a reason for discord, as if it were a personal relationship rather than a professional one. It was a moment that opened my eyes to a different reality.

It was from that pivotal moment that I saw the world through a new lens. I made a choice – to spread awareness and inspire change. My journey from that point has been about shedding light on the toxic aspects of leadership and empowering others to navigate through similar challenges.

These upcoming books are a reflection of that journey – stories, insights, and strategies to tackle leadershit, foster growth, and create environments where leadership thrives authentically.
