🎈 we identified consumers touchpoints in pre-purchase, purchase, post purchase
🎈 we crafted consumer journey map
🎈 we discussed & identified DISC profiles
🎈 we practiced handling complaints techniques
and so many other things, so much Fun as you may see 😉
